Upgrade from the free plan
- Sign in. Checkout needs an account.
- On your dashboard, click Upgrade plan to compare the plans, or Upgrade to Pro when your free plan is full. On the pricing page, choose Monthly or Annual and click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Studio.
- Pay in Stripe's checkout.
- Back on NudgeHost, the page says "Payment received." and then "You're on Pro now." Your dashboard says "You're on the Pro plan."
If you pick a plan on the pricing page while signed out, you make an account first, and checkout opens after it with "Taking you to checkout". A file you had chosen before checkout has to be chosen again, because a browser can't keep it while it visits Stripe.

What happens to your links
- Free links lose their 14-day end, and stay until you delete them. An end date you set yourself stays.
- A free link that ended in the last 7 days comes back at the same address.
- You can have any number of active links.
- Files can be up to 250MB on Pro and 1GB on Studio.
- You can put a password on any link and connect a custom domain to a ZIP site.
- Earlier versions are kept from now on, the last 10 of each link on Pro and 30 on Studio. Versions replaced while you were on the free plan weren't kept.

Move from Pro to Studio
On Pro, any Upgrade to Studio button moves your plan in one press, with no second checkout. You stay on the same billing period, monthly or yearly.
- "Today you pay the difference for the rest of your month. Your renewal date stays the same." On a yearly plan it says "year".
- If your bank needs to confirm the payment, the page shows Confirm the payment. If the card is declined, you stay on Pro and nothing changes.
If the plan isn't right for you
The first payment for a new Pro or Studio plan can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days, and the refund rules explain how. The charge for moving from Pro to Studio isn't covered.
