How it works
From clipboard to link in three steps.
Open Paste HTML
Switch the upload card to the Paste HTML tab and paste the markup into the box.
Press Publish
Choose the link name first if you want one. Left empty, the page gets a random address.
Copy the link
The card hands back the link. Anyone who opens it sees the page running.

A pasted page opens in a sandboxed frame under the viewer’s header. Most of what a single page does works there.

After you send it
A pasted page is a hosted file.
It gets a filename, a preview card and the settings any upload has.
Named from its title
The file is named after the page’s title tag, then its first h1, and paste- with a number when it has neither.

Update it later
Save the revised markup as an .html file and use Replace in the dashboard. The address stays the same.

Why paste instead of saving a file.
AI tools hand you HTML as text, so saving it to a file just to upload that file is a step you can skip. Copy the source out of a Claude artifact or a ChatGPT code block and paste it straight in. For the Claude case in more detail, there is a guide to hosting a Claude artifact, step by step.
Checking the markup first saves a round trip. You can check the markup in the live HTML tester, which shows it at three widths with a console underneath. After publishing, the page has the same settings as any upload, so an account can set an end date or put a password on the page on a paid plan.
Paste mode needs no account, and you can use the upload card on the homepage or the one on this page. Signed out, the page stays up for 7 days and carries a small NudgeHost bar along the bottom, which a free account removes.
Frequently asked questions
What does the person I send it to see?
The page itself, under a slim NudgeHost header with the filename, a Report link and a Download button. They don’t need an account.
Can I paste from the dashboard as well?
Yes. The upload card in the dashboard has the same Paste HTML tab, and a page published there lands straight in your list of links.
Where do I find the page after publishing?
On an account, it appears in your dashboard with its link, settings and QR code. Signed out, copy the link from the card that appears after publishing. You can hold 3 links that way, each lasting 7 days.
Is there a check before a signed-out publish?
Yes. A browser check runs in the background before a signed-out upload starts, and it usually asks you for nothing. Signed-in publishing skips it.
Can I paste Markdown?
Paste mode publishes HTML, so Markdown pasted in shows as plain text with its line breaks run together. Convert it to HTML first, or upload the .md file, which shares as a download.
Can I paste HTML from any AI tool?
Yes. Any tool that gives you a complete HTML page can be pasted, with or without a doctype. A fragment without html and body tags still renders, because browsers fill those in.
Can I publish JSON by pasting?
Not in this box, which publishes HTML. The JSON formatter in the dev tools has its own Get a link button, and a JSON file published there opens as a collapsible tree.
Does the box keep my markup if I switch tabs?
Yes. Switching to Upload file and back leaves the pasted markup where it was, until you publish or leave the page.
Do images in the page load?
Images at a full web address load, since the browser fetches them as usual. An image the page points at by a relative path wasn’t uploaded with it, so it won’t appear.
