How do I get the HTML out of Claude?

In Claude's artifact view, there's a code/source toggle that shows you the underlying HTML. Copy it. Or, in some cases, ask Claude directly: 'Give me the HTML source for that artifact.' Then paste it into NudgeHost.

Will the artifact work the same once it's hosted?

Yes, as long as it's self-contained. Claude artifacts that pull from external scripts (e.g. Tailwind CDN, React via CDN) will load those scripts as normal from the hosted page.

Can I update the artifact later?

Yes. Replace the HTML in your NudgeHost dashboard and the link continues to work. Same URL, new content.

Is there a size limit?

Why a hosted artifact beats a screenshot.

An artifact lives inside the conversation that made it, so sharing one usually means a screenshot nobody can click. A hosted copy keeps every button, slider and chart working for anyone with the link. Updating the page behind the link then carries v2 to the same people without a new message.

Artifacts that load React or Tailwind from a CDN keep working, because the hosted page fetches those scripts as normal. When Claude splits the work across several files, ask it for one self-contained HTML file. You can also upload the files together as a ZIP, and they serve as a site at their own nudgehost.site address.
