Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any point. Your account drops back to the free tier at the end of the billing cycle, and your existing links keep working. Uploading and file changes pause while you are holding 10 links or more.
Your links keep working and nothing is deleted. Password protection is a Pro feature, so a password already on a link can be removed but not changed. Once a free account is holding 10 links or more, uploading, replacing a file, and changing expiry settings are paused. Delete a link or upgrade and they start working again.
