How it works

Copy the link
The link works as soon as the upload finishes. Name the link after yourself in the upload card first and it reads like nudgehost.com/jordan-ellis-cv.
Send it with your application
Paste it into the application form, your email signature or your LinkedIn profile. The recruiter opens it without an account.
After you send it
The link keeps working through the search.

Update it, keep the link
Upload a new version over the old one. The address, the view count and any password or end date stay the same, so every recruiter with the link sees your latest CV.
Know when it has been read
Free accounts see how many times the CV was opened. Pro adds the time and country of each open, with a CSV export.
Close it when the search ends
Give the link an end date and it stops working after it. On Pro, a password keeps the CV closed to anyone you haven't given it to.

Why a CV link beats an attachment.
A CV sent as an attachment lands in a downloads folder, and you never learn whether anyone opened it. A link counts every open, so you know whether a recruiter has looked before you follow up. It also stays current, because uploading a new version keeps the address you already sent.
Most CVs travel best as a PDF, since the layout looks the same on every screen, and it is the same upload you would use to send any PDF by link. If yours is still in Word, you can upload the .docx as it stands and recruiters read it as a page in the browser. When a role is filled, an end date on that link closes it without touching the others.
Signed out, a CV link lasts 7 days, which covers one application but not a whole search. A free account on NudgeHost keeps 10 links live with no end date, so one link can sit in your LinkedIn profile and your email signature until you take it down.

No. The link looks like a normal link. Analytics are visible to you alone, in your dashboard.
Can I update my resume without changing the link?
Yes. Replace the file in your dashboard. Same URL, new resume.
Can I have one resume per application?
Yes. A free account keeps 10 links live, and Pro and Studio have no limit, each tracking its own opens. That's useful if you want to know which company actually opened your resume.
What file format should I upload?
PDF is best because it preserves your formatting on every device. We accept DOCX too, but PDF is the standard.
Does the recruiter need an account or an app?
No. The CV opens in any browser, on a phone or a laptop.
Can a recruiter keep a copy?
Yes. The viewer has a download button, so they can save your CV for their records.
Can I share my CV without making an account?
